Within the framework of our social and environmental responsibility, our sensitivity and workable support to the People serving Greek Shipping, potentia team having appreciated the significant value of the human capital and fully complying to the requirements established by International Regulations (IMO) and seafarers training standards (STCW, TMSA3), has recently submitted a proposal for cooperation to HELMEPA with a view to offering voluntary soft skills learning & development workshops to the members of the Organization.
We are delighted to announce that, following an evaluation, our proposal has been fully accepted by the Directorate and all members of the Training Committee of HELMEPA . Our proposal concerns a training program of five (5) three-hour-workshops entitled «Empowering the Seafarer: Learning & Developing Soft Skills», which will be executed in the period May-November 2019. At this point, we would like to express our appreciation to Mr. Dimitris C. Mitsatsos Director General of HELMEPA, Mrs. Christiana Prekezes Executive Coordinator of HELMEPA and all members of the Training Committee of HELMEPA, initially for the positive evaluation of our programs and above all for their trust and final acceptance of the implementation of our voluntary workshops that contribute constructively to the lifelong learning and development of the People who serve Shipping. We are confident that the participation and contribution of potentia in the HELMEPA Annual Voluntary Refresher Training Program will add considerable value to the organization’s vision and mission.
Στα πλαίσια της κοινωνικής και περιβαλλοντικής μας ευθύνης, της ευαισθησίας και της έμπρακτης υποστήριξη μας προς τους Ανθρώπους που υπηρετούν την Ελληνική Ναυτιλία, η ομάδα της potentia έχοντας εκτιμήσει την υψηλή αξία του ανθρώπινου κεφαλαίου (human capital) και ανταποκρινόμενη πλήρως στις απαιτήσεις που ορίζουν Διεθνείς Κανονισμοί (IMO) και στα πρότυπα εκπαίδευσης των ναυτικών (STCW, TMSA3), υπέβαλε πρόσφατα πρόταση συνεργασίας προς τη HELMEPA με σκοπό την εθελοντική προσφορά εκπαιδευτικών σεμιναρίων μάθησης και ανάπτυξης προσωπικών δεξιοτήτων (soft skills) στα μέλη του Οργανισμού.
Είμαστε στην ευχάριστη θέση να ανακοινώσουμε ότι, κατόπιν αξιολόγησης, η πρότασή μας έγινε πλήρως αποδεκτή από τη Διεύθυνση και όλα τα μέλη της Επιτροπής Εκπαίδευσης της HELMEPA. Η πρόταση μας αφορά σε ένα εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα πέντε (5) τρίωρων σεμιναρίων με τίτλο «Empowering the Seafarer: Learning & Developing Soft Skills», που θα εκτελεστεί στο διάστημα Μαΐου-Νοεμβρίου 2019. Στο σημείο αυτό Θα θέλαμε να εκφράσουμε την εκτίμηση μας προς τον Γενικό Διευθυντή της HELMEPA κ. Δημήτριο Μητσάτσο, την Εκτελεστική Συντονίστρια κα Χριστιάνα Πρεκεζέ, και όλα τα μέλη της Επιτροπής Εκπαίδευσης της HELMEPA, αρχικά για την θετική αξιολόγηση των προγραμμάτων μας και κυρίως για την εμπιστοσύνη και την τελική αποδοχή υλοποίησης των σεμιναρίων μας που συνδράμουν εποικοδομητικά στη δια βίου μάθηση και ανάπτυξη των Ανθρώπων της Ναυτιλίας .
Είμαστε βέβαιοι ότι η συμμετοχή και η συνδρομή της potentia στο Ετήσιο Επιμορφωτικό Εθελοντικό Πρόγραμμα της HELMEPA, θα προσθέσει αξία στο όραμα και στην αποστολή της.
