This blended action learning session is designed to empower YOU to think and act as a leader, with the core skills and commitment to perform at the highest levels. Spyros, your Trainer and Coach, will focus on all significant Coaching and Mentoring tools that relate to your empowerment, with detailed explanations, examples, videos and interactive participation. Furthermore, there will be a reference on how Coaching and Mentoring are related to Leadership and bringing results.
Methodology
Spyros, will apply interactive games, role plays and case studies so that you can identify your communication and leadership style, develop your self-awareness and learn how to develop, lead and manage yourself and your team through Coaching and Mentoring
After completing this session, you will be able to
-Develop the required coaching skills that will improve your performance
-Understand how coaching and mentoring can be used to develop your interpersonal relations
-Demonstrate the behaviors and practices of an effective Coach or Mentor
-Recognize you personal strengths leading to self confidence, self discipline and continuous growth
-Identify your personal weaknesses and define ways to turn them into challenges to overcome
