We are excited to share with you a new chapter of Potentia World’s DREAM BLUE Project!The first Global Dream Blue session of 2021 was introduced in INDIA in collaboration with Hindustan Institute of Maritime Training – HIMT on the 6th and 7th of May.

During the two-day Learning & Development sessions, our facilitators Naoum Karaminas and Spyros Kottoris delved into two crucial and imperative skills that are vital for the new generation of seafarers to imbibe:

1. Resilience: Access and improve your ability to bounce back and regain control, in challenging times

2. Communication- The Human Connection

At Potentia World, we believe it is our moral duty to empower maritime academies and institutions and help students take on the role of industry leaders to shape the future of global shipping. The interactions between students, facilitators and guests brought out numerous inspiring stories that contributed to learning in real-time, experience-driven scenarios.
